Farewell Mr Clark

After giving 27 years’ service to Antrim Grammar School, today we said farewell to Mr. G. Clark.

Known affectionately to all as Mac, his official title was Reprographics Technician. However, it was once said that he should chronicle all his various abilities as he was a bit of a wizard with Excel and had the unique ability to operate the photocopier, pull pupil data from the archives and answer various arcane requests via email simultaneously. All this was done with a gentle humour and a wry smile when a member of staff invariably discovered another paper jam, usually a few minutes before their class started. We will miss Mac but know that he will have a full and rewarding retirement. We wish him all the best for the future.

Mac is pictured wearing a Liverpool 'AGS Legend' football shirt, a gift from Mr McKee, Mr McVeigh and Mr McAuley and holding a signed Ulster Rugby shirt, a retirement gift from the school.
