Cookery Club - Chorizo & Manchego Twists
Another hugely successful afternoon at Cookery Club! Yesterday we made Chorizo & Manchego Twists with a fresh Soured Cream, Garlic and Chive Dip. Our talented Year 10 and 11 pupils enjoyed working with puff pastry to create these hand crafted savoury twists. This longer afternoon session allowed us to practise our cookery and hone our skills. It was a great opportunity to work together and support one another in a fun and creative environment. We are really looking forward to seeing what next week brings.
